From one system, spring maintenance, 2016 upflow American standard, In attic. Clear, drain line, inspected blower, compartment, and housing. Noticed blower wheel was slightly dirty with dust and debris, recommend cleaning. Inspected supply, Plenum and evaporator coil. Checked filter, Does look like it needs to be changed fairly soon. Got amps of compressor and condenser fan motor in there with a manufactures specs. Tested run capacitor on outdoor unit and it is reading 32.9 on the compressor side which is right at the cut off range. System is under warranty, but not labor. Recommend replacing dual capacitor as well. Also, adding a hard kit to help extend the life of the compressor. Replace weak 35/5 run capacitor under part only warranty.

Pulled and reset master toilet, installed new seal, and bolts. Tested multiple times, checked ok.

Performed cooling maintenance On both systems. Checked blower motors, outdoor fan motors, airflow, compressors, cleaned the outdoor coils, cleaned drains, checked, capacitors and contactors, and overall function of both cooling systems. Noticed high amps on blower motor for upstairs and also thermostat upstairs. Recommend replacing both parts or replacing furnace due to age.

To provide and install a new 50-gallon AO Smith/State natural gas water heater as follows: - Supply new 50-gallon AO Smith/State standard natural gas standard water heater - Shut down water to existing heater and drain unit - Disconnect existing heater, remove from location, and dispose - Place new heater in same location as existing unit - Install water distribution connections and insulate per code requirements - Re-connect vent to existing pipe if up to code - Provide and install expansion tank and insulate - Provide gas connection and sediment trap - Install relief line and strap if necessary - Restore water to unit and test - Temperature left at manufactures settings for safety - 6-Year Tank and parts warranty per manufacture Arrived on site, met with homeowner he explained to us the old heater busted and needed to be replaced - water had been shut off already - drained and disconnected current heater - while draining dressed new heater in preparation for installation

Met with the homeowner their house is nearly a year old their unit has not been cleaned yet they contacted Noritz. The parts of the water heater are still under warranty it was giving a 12 code which is ignition failure when I took the flame sensor and igniter out it did have a little bit of buildup on it it is clean also took my wet vac and blew out the heat chamber why it was doing it’s D scale. D scale is complete igniter and flame sensor or reinstalled tankless is working properly at this time will not need to be serviced again until this time next year.

Customer stated no heat in downstairs system. Upon investigation noticed crawlspace is full of water and water is touching the furnace and coil and completely submerged. Our condensate pump. Customer has to contact a company to remove water and call us back.

Reviewed proposal with client she is leaning towards the York 16 seer2 full system. She needs to contact synchrony and see how she gets her limit increased. 16” supply plenum. 17.5” equipment 20.5” attic opening between springs.

Spring maintenance on two systems. One upflow in attic one horizontal in crawlspace both 2019 American standards, clear drain lines, inspected blower, compartments, and housings. Temperature Drop for upstairs unit was 20°. Temperature dropped for downstairs. Unit was only 12°. Run capacitors on both units tested. Amps of compressors looked OK. Refrigerant charge of downstairs. Unit showed to be low by possibly 2 pounds going to give estimates for adding refrigerant and leak.

Spring maintenance on a 2017 Lennox Heat Pump. Refrigerant checked ok. Coils are clean. Cleared drain line. Replaced customer supplied filter and cleaned return vent. Found a weak capacitor on air handler that should be replaced. Would also recommend a hard start kit on outdoor unit. I did also find growth starting in the supply plenum. Recommend a Uv bulb assembly to help with that. Client will look over estimates and decide if she’d like to proceeed. Booked fall visit with the office for September 27 between 8-12.

One system, spring maintenance, 2015 split Lennox. Clear drain line, inspected blower compartment and housing. Check temperature differential and it was at 20°. Noticed biological growth in Plenum still after duct cleaning going to recommend UV light. Contactor on outdoor unit was also pitted we replaced it in 2022 so it is under five year parts and labor warranty. Unit also was showing low on refrigerant charge. Going to quote for adding at least 2 pounds. Capacity checked OK. Condenser coil was chemical washed. Got amp draws on everything and they’re within manufacture specs. Left systems running

Arrived on site and customer stated he wanted a quote to run sewer line differently than it is currently. Ran camera down drain and located drains and 30 foot belly outside. Wrote quote to reroute sewer line.
