Contractor wants new pet stubbed up into kitchen with new ice maker box and angle stops. Also, set customer provided bathtub and shower valve. Drop new pex from bathroom into crawl space and tie into existing pex in crawl space. Contractor to pull up subfloor due to confined crawlspace.

Arrived on site and spoke with the tenants who occupy the space for the strip mall. There was an obvious smell odor inside of the main entryway. In the entryway service, the restrooms, as well as a water fountain. Will need to come back if customer pleases to perform smoke test to give us an idea of where, and if a plumbing issue exists. if smoke presents itself inside the building, we will investigate potentially we’re in what the problem is and then provide additional pricing to fix whatever the smoke test revealed to be as a plumbing problem. Also can run smoke test and also not provide a plumbing issue.

Upon arrival I noticed the board not coming on. I was getting power to the furnace but the board was not lighting. Transformer checked out fine. Will order the board for customer.

Performed ac maintenance on 2017 Trane A/C. Checked all electrical components, drains, airflow, refrigerant pressures, capacitors, amp draws and cleaned outdoor unit. At this time all is working as it should. I recommended renewing maintenance at this time but customer Declined

Part to be ordered: outdoor condenser coil Model: HMH72B481S Serial: C3R9PG1180 Arrived for a no heat service call. Evaluated the 2022 York heat pump system that serves upstairs. Found the outdoor unit to be giving a low refrigerant error code. Contacted tech support and they recommended leak search. Performed an electronic leak search on outdoor unit after finding oil on coil. Found leak on condenser coil. No charge as system is under parts and labor warranty. Added refrigerant to system to get it back up and running until part arrives.

Arrived on site met with receptionist, she explained to us the toilet was leaking. - flushed toilet and found the spud to be leaking - shut off water to the toilet - disconnected the current Sloan valve and found the spud to be corroded and rubber to dissipated - after cutting out the old spud installed a new 1 1/2” closet spud - decided to install a new valve due to the amount of corrosion and teflon on the old one - re assembled the valve and tested - flushed several times to confirm everything is secure and leak free at this time - new valve is free of teflon and corrosion - cleaned up work area and left the site

Technician arrived for a no heat service call. Mr. Starin informed me that the upstairs heat has not been working. It will turn on but will cut off as soon as furnace ignites. The system is a 2022 Amana gas furnace and A/C. I found system to be giving error code for no flame. I cleaned flame sensor and system came on properly but shut off shortly after with system giving error code for stuck open pressure switch. I turned power on and off and system turned on properly 2-3 times and ran for 15 minutes with no issue. I discussed my finding with Mr. Starin and presented the options of only cleaning flame sensor, replacing flame sensor and replacing pressure switch. At this time he would just like to clean flame sensor. I I did inform him that this may only be a temporary solution and problems still may occur. He said he would call in if issues happen again and move forward with different repair.

Arrived on site, met with homeowner he explained to us the guest bathroom has a leak that is dripping down into the master bathroom and he was interested in having the cast iron lined due to previous videos and suggestions from other plumbers - shut off and drained downed the toilet - removed from flange and set aside - noticed right away the wax seal was not squished from the previous plumbers and the flange was just below the tile - ran the camera to assess the condition of the piping for an estimate to line the pipe in the future - went into the master bath and found that the area that was leaking was directly beneath the toilet and the homeowner was actively cutting out the bad section of drywall - upon open the drywall found the flange to be leaking and dripping down - attempted to reseal the toilet with double wax to prevent replacing the flange at this time - reset the toilet and secured to the flange - tested and found the flange to still be leaking - also found the tub line

Arrived on site maintenance brought me to the same bathroom Brennan worked in the same three toilets were effected I then pulled same wall hung toilet and snaked line with k 60 after snaking line I test all 3 other toilets by flushing them multiple times with cable still in line and eveytBing wa S drinking good I then pulled cable back reset wall hung toilet and tested by flushing it multiple times and it now drains good and no Leaks I then cleaned up my mess and collected signatures and left site.
